International Music Competition | Artistic Direction and Production

1) Event information and artistic guidance support
Interpretation of competition rules and repertoire requirements, and submission guidelines (for informational and compliance purposes only).
Application materials writing/translation/proofreading (resume, repertoire list, letters of recommendation, artistic description).
Suggestions for artistic presentation and structural optimization of video works.
2) Pre-selected video/audio solution (if required)
Suggestions for song selection and duration trimming, and recording script (camera angle/audio recording/rhythm).
Assist in booking recording and videography teams and venues (fees are settled directly between the contestant and the third party).
The final product undergoes technical checks and naming export to ensure compliance with the organizer's specifications.
3) Pre-competition training camp (in Japan)
Coordinate and arrange for principal players from Japan's three major orchestras to give lectures (one-on-one/group).
Accompaniment matching and rehearsal schedule (trial rehearsal → intensive rehearsal → final rehearsal), stage positioning and etiquette training.
Instrument support (reed/consumable recommendations, emergency repair/tuning contact information and appointment assistance).
4) Itinerary and Venue
Assistance with reservations for practice rooms/rehearsal rooms/small halls, site visits for competitions, and instructions on movement routes.
Transportation/accommodation suggestions (for easy portability of musical instruments), move-in/move-out checklist and schedule.
5) On-site coordination (optional)
Coordinating rehearsals and competition schedules, waiting areas and time reminders (within the scope permitted by the organizer's rules).
Artistic documentation (photo/video archives) and post-match analysis suggestions.
6) Compliance and Industry Collaboration
Copyright and portrait usage tips, recording/live streaming permission verification guidelines.
Information on entry and stay is provided by the cooperating administrative scrivener (if cultural activity visas are required).
Visas and various permits are processed by qualified administrative scriveners; our side only assists with document preparation and translation.

We do not accept performances in non-traditional concert venues such as underground practice rooms, live houses, and bars.
