Visa Application Guide (Arts)

/Services Offered: As a Japanese talent agency specializing in fine arts and traditional culture, we have extensive practical experience in applying for Japanese art visas. We can provide crucial assistance and guidance to artists when applying for visas to study or travel to Japan in the arts field, including the preparation and production of complex and specialized application materials.

Service Process

1. Click on the 【Visa Application Guide】 at the bottom of this page, fill in the relevant information, and our staff will contact you within 3 business days.

2. Depending on the artist's field of expertise, we will select a dedicated agent to contact the artist.

3. Once the artist and our agent reach a preliminary agreement, the artist will pay the full visa application guidance service fee. At this point, the agent will begin preparing a checklist of application materials for the artist.

4. The artist prepares the required materials according to the checklist provided by the agent. (Note: Our company only provides artists with a checklist of required application materials and guidance. All application materials are collected by the artist themselves; our company will not create any false materials for the artist.)

5. After all application materials are prepared, the artist may choose to submit them to the Japanese Immigration Bureau in person or have them submitted by an agent with legal representation.
